Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data that Ergovia AI has collected about you. You have two options:

Option 1 — Automated deletion via Facebook

If you connected Ergovia AI to your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account, you can trigger automated deletion by removing our app from your Facebook account:

1. Sign in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Ergovia AI in the list of connected apps.
3. Click Remove.

When Facebook notifies us of the removal, we will begin deleting all data associated with your Facebook User ID within 30 days. This includes:

• OAuth tokens for your Facebook Pages, WhatsApp Business Accounts, and Instagram Business accounts
• Conversation history stored by Ergovia AI for those channels
• Any lead or contact records tied to your Facebook User ID

Option 2 — Email request

If you'd like to request deletion of data that isn't linked to your Facebook account, or if you want confirmation of deletion, email us:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include: the email address you used to sign up, and any Facebook Page / WhatsApp number / Instagram handle you connected.

We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Checking the status of an automated request

When Facebook sends us a deletion request, we return a confirmation code and this URL. You can email privacy@ergovia-ai.com with your confirmation code if you'd like an update on the request's progress.

What we cannot delete

Some data must be retained for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request. This includes:

• Records required for tax filings and financial audits (typically 7 years)
• Records required by anti-fraud regulations
• Aggregated statistical data that has been fully anonymized and can no longer be linked to you
