Ergovia AI is a monthly subscription service at $297/month with no contracts and no setup fees. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a straightforward refund policy.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@ergovia-ai.com with your account email and the reason for your request (optional but appreciated).

After the 14-Day Period

After the initial 14-day window:

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds or credits outside the 14-day window at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Extended downtime: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or double-charged
  • Service not as described: If a core feature advertised at the time of purchase is not available

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle) to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

Refund returns your payment and may result in immediate loss of access to the Service.
